Plan Your Day May we suggest that you take the morning Elephant Safari Ride followed by a half day sightseeing tour to the Ubud area. The Taro Elephant Safari Park is only 30 minutes from Ubud and close to many interesting sites in Bali.
You will visit Tampaksiring, the site of the Tirta Empul Temple and Holy Springs, Goa Gajah where you will see the mysterious Elephant Cave and finally to Ubud village where you will have time to view sights and even do some shopping before heading back to your hotel. The tour cost is extra.

The Elephant Safari Park in Taro was officially opened by the Minister of Tourism in the year 2000 after three years of development. An official member of the World Zoo Association, the Taro Elephant Safari Park meets International Standards for animal care and is set in more than 2 hectares of exotic eco tourism landscaped botanical gardens, surrounded by national forest.
