Description

Get up close with the locals and witness first hand the daily life of rural rice farmers and craftsmen on this Kintamani cycle tour. Enjoy a delicious home made Balinese lunch at a Balinese family compound and visit a traditional Balinese home.

This full day tour starts from Ubud where you will be picked up from your hotel in an airconditioned van for a scenic drive up to Kintamani. There you will have breakfast overlooking the active Mount Batur volcano. After breakfast, you will begin a gentle downhill ride lasting about two and a half hours through rural villages. You will visit a coffee plantation and be introduced to some of the more unusual plants found in Bali. You will also visit a village temple and learn about Balinese spiritual beliefs and practices. Finally you will experience genuine Balinese hospitality and enjoy a delicious home cooked Balinese lunch with your tour guide at his home !
