General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Arma Resort are :
  1 August - 31 August and 20 December - 5 January
  Please contact us for surcharge rates.

Christmas and New Year

Compulsory New Years Eve Dinner on 31st December 2011 from 7.30 pm - midnight. The price is US$45 ++ per adult and US$25 ++ per child (5 - 11 years old). The dinner is a Western Food Set Menu and there will be a Balinese dance performance.

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

Deluxe Room
Elegantly designed in Balinese Architecture cottage style set within in a unique nature landscape equipped with air conditioning, private veranda with table and chairs, big bed room and big bathroom with shower only, 2 rooms facing rice field and ancient river, 1 room facing rice field. Room size is 66 - 68 m2.

Kokokan Suite
Beautifully and elegantly decorated in Balinese architecture suite style equipped with air conditioning, private veranda with antique day bed, table and chairs, big bed room facing rice field and small river, separate dressing room with small antique day bed, big bathroom with separate bathtub and shower. Room size is 31 m2.

Superior Villa
Spacious luxurious One Bedroom Villa style and elegantly designed and furnished in traditional architecture blend with modern ethnic interior and exterior. Each superior villa uniquely designed with spacious living areas providing private pool, large bath room area and separate indoor and outdoor shower facility.

Suite Villa
The River Side Suite Villa and The Rice Field Suite Villa elegantly designed in spacious luxurious One Bedroom Villa style and furnished in traditional architecture blend with modern ethnic interior and exterior.
