General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.
• Rates are the same for single or double occupancy
• Free stay for children under 12 years of age if sharing the same room with parents.
• Rollaway beds available at an extra charge
• Breakfast for 3rd person is chargeable except for children under 4 years.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Ayana Resort and Spa are :
  Jul 01, 2009 - Sep 30, 2009 and Dec 25, 2009 - Jan 04, 2010

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.
