• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Bagus Jati Health Retreat are :
  Aug 01, 2009 - Aug 31, 2009 and Dec 20, 2009 - Jan 05, 2010

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy regardless of booking date.


• Cancellation policies differ between hotels and vary according to season, and will be advised at time of booking.

• All deluxe spa villas have diameter 10 meters including private treatment room and balcony, while superior mountain view villas have size 70 square meters
• Each deluxe spa villa has an integrated private treatment room with massage bed and jacuzzi, connected to the bathroom
