General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Bali Dyana Villas are :
  July & September and August & 20th Dec - 5th Jan

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy regardless of booking date.


• Cancellation policies differ between hotels and vary according to season, and will be advised at time of booking.

Room Descriptions

1 bedroom villa
Each villa has a 20 sqm bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There is a living and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa is set in its own tropical garden with a 8m x 3.5m pool. A private garage is also available.

2 bedroom villa
The 2 bedroom villa has basically the same facilities as the 1 bedroom except that it is larger at 496 sqm and has a 10m pool.

3 bedroom villa
The 3 bedroom villa has a total land area of 496 sqm and a 10 meter pool. The villa has the same layout as the 2 bedroom villa but the 3rd bedroom is located separately on the other end of the garden.

4 bedroom villa
The 4 bedroom villa has a total land area of 620 sqm and a 9 meter pool. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
