General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Bali Dynasty Resort are :
  Jun 15 - Oct 15 and Dec 26 - Jan 04
  Please contact us for surcharge rates.

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

Deluxe Room
Room Size 32 m2 and located on 2nd & 3rd Floors.
2A + 1C or 3A (with extra bed)

Deluxe Pool View
Rooms have a balcony and face the pool. Room size: 32 m2 amd located on 2nd/ 3rd floors. No interconnecting room.
2A + 1C or 3A (1 extra bed allowed).

Family Garden View
The Family Garden View room has a terrace with view to the gardens. It is 40 sqm and located on the ground floor.
2A + 3C or 3A + 2C with extra bed.

Studio Room
Accommodation consists of two sections divided by a full floor to ceiling partition and blackout curtain. - A queen size bed, a bunk bed and trundle bed. This room is 47 sqm and has view of a duck pond in the front of the hotel. The master room opens to a verandah with view over the front garden and pond. The en-suite features a large step-in rain shower and double washbasin unit to ensure sufficient room for the family . Room Capacity: 2 Adults + 3 Children (below 12 years) OR 5 people (No extra bed allowed).

Kids Suite
The Kids Suite is 40sqm and located on the ground floor of the hotel. There is a full partition separating master bed from kids' area. The room has a terrace opening on to the outer gardens. Room Capacity: 1 King and 1 bunk bed with trundle bed. Max number of people = 5

Family Pool View
The Family Pool View room is 40sqm in size. It is located on the ground floor with a terrace overlooking the main pool. The room is partitioned for privacy. Room Capacity : 1 King Bed and 1 Bunk Bed (sleeps 2) and one trundle bed. Max number of people = 5.

Executive Suite
This suite is 70 sqm in size and overlooks the gardens or pool. it is made up on two standard room bays and the master bedroom has access to the bathroom and as well as the lounge /dining area. Small kitchenette with fridge, water dispenser, microwave, oven, toaster and kettle. Three sofas (approx 1.7m) can be converted to beds in the evening for children below 12 years only. Room capacity : 2 Adults +3 Children (below 12 years) (No extra bed allowed).
