General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.
• Superior, Garden and Ocean Rooms - A maximum of 2 persons allowed in each room regardless of age. No extra bed allowed.
• Child Policy :
  • A maximum of 3 children under the age of 12yrs old may share the same room with parents at no extra charge in the Grand Ocean Room
  • Baby cots and cribs are provided on a complimentary basis.
  • Child under 12 yrs may eat free on kids meals with accompanying paying adult. 1 child under 12 yrs per paying adult.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali are :
  Jul 15, 2009 - Sep 15, 2009 and Dec 24, 2009 - Jan 10, 2010

Christmas and New Year

• Compulsory New Year's Eve Dinner
• Minimum of 5 nights stay is required during Peak Season.

Payment Terms

• We accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal. Full prepayment may be required in order for us to satisfy the payment policies of hotels. In some cases, a credit card guarantee may be all that is necessary. Many hotels will automatically release bookings by a cut-off date if payment is not forthcoming or no credit card guarantee is provided.
  
  Full pre-payment : You may send payment to our US Dollar bank account, or pay via PayPal using your credit card. Bank transfers will incur bank charges (amount varies with banks) and payments via PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge.
  
  Credit card guarantee : Depending on the hotel, a credit card guarantee means that you will need to provide one of the following :
  
  (a) your credit card details and signature on our booking form, OR
  (b) your credit card details and signature on our booking form together with a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card as well as photocopy of the detail page on your passport.
  
  
• We will issue you a hotel voucher for your booking within a reasonable time frame (1-3 working days usually) once we receive your payment or guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy regardless of booking date.


• Cancellation policies differ between hotels and vary according to season, and will be advised at time of booking.

King or Twin beds • Overlooking beach • Private balcony & 35sqm ; For 2 adults only. No extra beds allowed.

Grand Ocean Room
King bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed • 84 sqm • Overlooking beach pool • Private balcony • For 2 adults and 2 or 3 children under 12 yrs old or 3 adults.

Kids Suite
1 room with 1 King bed + 1 Bunk Bed for Kids + 1 sofa bed. Balcony. Room size : 55 sqm.

Family Suite
1 room with 1 King bed + 1 connecting room with 2 Single Beds for children. 2 Bathrooms. Balcony. room size : 85 sqm.

Baruna Suite
The Baruna Suite accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. The bedroom has 1 King bed and the living room has a sofa bed and can accommodated 1 extra bed. There is only 1 Baruna Suite available.
