General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.
• Superior, Garden and Ocean Rooms - A maximum of 2 persons allowed in each room regardless of age. No extra bed is allowed in these rooms as there is not enough space.
• Maximum of 1 rollaway allowed in the Grand Ocean Room and Suites.
• Child Policy :
  • A maximum of 3 children under the age of 12 yrs old may share the same room with parents at no extra charge in the Grand Ocean Room
  • Baby cots and cribs are provided on a complimentary basis.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali are :
  Jul 15, 2011 - Sep 15, 2011 and Dec 24, 2011 - Jan 10, 2012

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

Grand Ocean Room
King bed + 1 single bed + 1 sofa bed • 84 sqm • Overlooking beach pool • Private balcony • For 3 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children.

Kids Suite
1 room with 1 King bed + 1 Bunk Bed for Kids + 1 sofa bed. Balcony. Room size : 55 sqm. For 2 Adults and up to 3 children. Rooms are limited.

Family Suite
1 room with 1 King bed + 1 connecting room with 2 Single Beds for children. 2 Bathrooms. Balcony. room size : 85 sqm. For 2 Adults & 2 Children only. Rooms are limited.

Baruna Suite
The Baruna Suite accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. The bedroom has 1 King bed and the living room has a sofa bed and can accommodated 1 extra bed. There is only 1 Baruna Suite available.
