General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.
• Each room can take up to 1 extra person over 12 yrs at an additional charge.
• Children Policy
  
  Up to 2 children under age of 12yrs can stay in the same room with their parents. Children under 5 yrs can stay complimentary. Children 5 - 12 yrs old will incur a breakfast charge depending on room type.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Intercontinental Bali Resort are :
  Jul 15, 2009 - Sep 15, 2009 and Dec 24, 2009 - Jan 10, 2010

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.
