General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.
• 1 child under 12 yrs old may share the room with parents free of charge with no extra bed. Breakfast is extra.
  Children 1 - 5 yrs old eat free of charge.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Kamandalu Resort & Spa are :
  Jul 15, 2011 - Sep 15, 2011 and Dec 23, 20119 - Jan 05, 2012
  Please contact us for surcharge rates.

Christmas and New Year

• Compulsory New Year Eve dinner on 31st December

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.
