General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

Villa Padma
This very spacious villa has an open style private sitting area, a separate kitchenette and a lotus pond. The bedroom has a king sized Chinese style bed with a built in sofa corner & writing table. It is also equipped with a 32 inch LCD TV with international channels, mini refrigerator, electric water jug,and hairdryer. CD & DVD player is available upon request.

Villa Jepun
This villa has the same amenities and facilities as Villa Padma with a 1 bedroom, open air sitting room, kitchenette and lotus pond. In addition it has a private jacuzzi in each villa and a Reservation for 2 dining table.

Cempaka Pool Villa
Get closer to the nature, stay at this villa, located at the bottom of the compound, and the closest to the sacred Ayung River! The private plunge pool overlooking the best green view you could ever imagine, is the special feature you'll have at Cempaka.

Heliconia Room
There are 2 connecting Heliconia Rooms that can be booked individually. Located above the main pool, Heliconia is perfect for family bookings. The lush green rice paddy terraces and Ubud hill view are for your eyes only. One room has a King bed and the 2nd room has a Twin bed.
