High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Ranadi Villa are :
  Aug 01, 2009 - Aug 31 , 2009 and Dec 24, 2009 - Jan 05, 2009

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

One Bedroom Villa
Each villa has a total land area of 150 sqm and room size of 25 sqm. You also have a semi-outdoor living & dining area, a 7m x 2m private pool, sun deck and loungers, fully equipped kitchen & mini bar set up, chinaware and glassware, tea & coffee making facilities, hot & cold dispenser and a 2 door refrigerator.

Two Bedroom Villa
Each villa has a total land area of 253 sqm. Each room is 25 sqm. You also will enjoy a spacious semi-outdoor living & dining area, 3m x 10m pool, sun deck and loungers, fully equipped kitchen & mini bar set up, chinaware and glassware, tea & coffee making facilities, hot & cold dispenser, 2 door refrigerator. There is also a guest toilet.

Three Bedroom Villa
The total land area of this large villa is 400sqm. The master bedroom is approximately 75sqm in size. Each of the other bedrooms is 25sqm in area. The pool is 4m x 8m in size. There is a semi-outdoor living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, mini bar set up, chinaware and glassware, tea & coffee making facilities, hot & cold dispenser, 2 door refrigerator and guest toilet.
