General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for Sanur Paradise Plaza Suites are : n/a

Payment Terms

• We accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal. Full prepayment may be required in order for us to satisfy the payment policies of hotels. In some cases, a credit card guarantee may be all that is necessary. Many hotels will automatically release bookings by a cut-off date if payment is not forthcoming or no credit card guarantee is provided.
  
  Full pre-payment : You may send payment to our US Dollar bank account, or pay via PayPal using your credit card. Bank transfers will incur bank charges (amount varies with banks) and payments via PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge.
  
  Credit card guarantee : Depending on the hotel, a credit card guarantee means that you will need to provide one of the following :
  
  (a) your credit card details and signature on our booking form, OR
  (b) your credit card details and signature on our booking form together with a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card as well as photocopy of the detail page on your passport.
  
  
• We will issue you a hotel voucher for your booking within a reasonable time frame (1-3 working days usually) once we receive your payment or guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy regardless of booking date.
