High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

St. Regis Suite
A 1-bedroom suite of size 92 square metres with beautifully appointed indoor space and access to an equally inviting outdoor living space and soothing views all around.

St. Regis Pool Suite
A 1-bedroom suite with beautifully appointed indoor space with access to equally inviting outdoor living space and soothing views all around. Situated on the ground level, each 92 sqm suite has a lush outdoor garden living area that extends the suite to 189 square metres, including a plunge pool and lovely gazebo.

Gardenia Villa
A 1-bedroom residential style villa with private pool and private garden with a Bale Bengong (an Indonesian style gazebo) and table for romantic dining.

St. Regis Ocean View Suite
A 1 bedroom suite with 92 square metres of beautifully appointed living space with panoramic views of lush gardens and stunning white-sand beaches. A 15 square metre balcony invites guests to step outside and take in even more of the alluring views and breathe in the balmy air.

Presidential Suite (2 br)
A 2-bedroom suite located on the top floor of the St. Regis Hotel with stunning views of the beach, gardens and lagoons of the resort. A large balcony features a swinging day bed and the interior houses a perfectly tuned Grand piano.

St. Regis Lagoon Villa (1 or 2 br)
These are 1 or 2 bedroom residential style villas with direct access to a 3668 sqm lagoon. Each villa has a split-level private garden and traditional gazebo.

The Strand Villa
A one bedroom residential style villa with high ceilings and open airy feel. Outside is a split-level private garden with a private pool and Bale Bengong (an Indonesian style gazebo) and table for romantic dining.

Cloud Nine Villa
A luxurious beachfront honeymoon villa with breathtaking views. Outside is a split level garden with pool and traditional Indonesian gazebo furnished with a hanging day bed and small dining table.

The Strand Residence (3 br)
A 3 bedroom villa with spectacular ocean and garden views. Two master bedrooms have plush king-size beds; the twin bedroom has two queen-size beds. 840 square metres or 9042 square feet.
