General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.
• Infants up to 2 yrs old may stay complimentary with parents
• Children under 12 yrs may stay free with parents in room but breakfast is chargeable at US$7.50++
• Children above 12 yrs are charged US$50++ inclusive of breakfast

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for The Elysian Boutique Villa Hotel are :
  Aug 01, 2009 - Aug 31, 2009 and Dec 20, 2009 - Jan 10, 2010

Christmas and New Year

• Minimum 3 night stay is required during August peak season.
• Minimum 5 nights stay is required during year end peak season.

Payment Terms

• Trias Bali offers hotel bookings, airport transfers, activity bookings, dinner bookings, sightseeing tours and many other travel services. For our services and confirmation of your room, we require full pre-payment in order to make arrangements in advance. Payment deadlines vary from hotel to hotel. Our hotel bookings are all guaranteed by the hotels with a booking confirmation number upon payment and we provide you with a Hotel Voucher as proof of your payment and booking. Kindly be prepared to make payment by bank transfer or PayPal using a credit card net of all bank or credit card fees. In case of cancellation, any amounts will be refunded via PayPal.

• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy regardless of booking date.
