General Terms and Information

• Rates are for 2 adults per room.

High Season Surcharges *

• Rates quoted are for Standard Season and do not include high season surcharges during the validity period.
  High season dates are usually but not limited to July, August, September and 2nd half of December to 1st week of New Year.
• High seasons for The Viceroy Bali are :
  Jul 15, 2009 - Sep 30, 2009 and Dec 20, 2009 - Jan 06, 2010

Christmas and New Year

• Compulsory Gala Christmas Dinner on 24th December
• Compulsory Gala New Years Eve Dinner on 31st December

Payment Terms

• We accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer or PayPal. Full prepayment may be required in order for us to satisfy the payment policies of hotels. In some cases, a credit card guarantee may be all that is necessary. Many hotels will automatically release bookings by a cut-off date if payment is not forthcoming or no credit card guarantee is provided.
  
  Full pre-payment : You may send payment to our US Dollar bank account, or pay via PayPal using your credit card. Bank transfers will incur bank charges (amount varies with banks) and payments via PayPal will incur a 4% surcharge.
  
  Credit card guarantee : Depending on the hotel, a credit card guarantee means that you will need to provide one of the following :
  
  (a) your credit card details and signature on our booking form, OR
  (b) your credit card details and signature on our booking form together with a photocopy of the front and back of your credit card as well as photocopy of the detail page on your passport.
  
  
• We will issue you a hotel voucher for your booking within a reasonable time frame (1-3 working days usually) once we receive your payment or guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are subject to a cancellation policy regardless of booking date.


• Cancellation policies differ between hotels and vary according to season, and will be advised at time of booking.

Room Descriptions

Garden Villas
The Garden villas offer a truly new and unique design concept with a vast bedroom and sitting room opening onto an open garden bathroom which blends with an indoor/outdoor swimming pool and lush tropical gardens.

Terrace Villas
The Terrace villas feature a 'Bale Bengong' pavilion perched dramatically over the swimming pool and river gorge, providing a dramatic yet romantic hideaway for couples to enjoy a private meal or a drink.

Vice Regal Villa
The Vice Regal villas feature an outdoor sitting room looking over a private garden swimming pool and dramatic views of the Lembah River Gorge.

Viceroy Villa
2 very large bedrooms set either side of a huge open sitting room. One bathroom is vast and features a wall waterfall. Both rooms have their own sitting room and rooms are built to ensure complete privacy.
