The Asia Development Bank will be holding its annual meeting in Bali at the Bali International Convention Center (BICC) in early May. There will be over 3000 delegates attending. Topics that will be discussed are the current global financial crisis, regional economic integration and climate change.

The Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology will also be holding a congress for an estimated 5000 delegates in May at which about 500 international speakers will be taking part.
